Booking & Experience Policy

A 50% non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your event date, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your event. Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for providing final event details before the event date. Additional guests, service hours, or changes may result in additional fees. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.

By booking with KYND KREATIVE, clients agree to our Rental Agreement and Terms & Conditions, which will be provided prior to confirming your reservation.

Booking & Rental Policy

A 50% non-refundable booking retainer and a $100 refundable security deposit are required to reserve your Sticker Machine rental. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

Each rental includes up to 4 days, a custom front display sign, cardstock inserts (up to 200 pieces), and $50 in quarters for machine operation. The security deposit will be refunded once the machine, accessories, and full amount of quarters are returned in good condition. Late returns, missing items, damages, or missing quarters may result in additional fees or deductions from the security deposit.
